Andi Page

HARDBALL TEAM CAPTAIN Andi played some cricket in Scotland with Renfrew and Cumbernauld, but only began playing regular cricket when he came to Rainhill in 2013. 

In 2022 Andi served as vice-captain and was the regular wicketkeeper. He was voted the Players’ Player of the Year. The following year he served as team captain, before helping to establish Mersey Rose Recreationals Cricket Club.

His best bowling came at the Out4 Cricket tournament in 2025, when he took 6 for 8 against Warwickshire.

Andi was Mersey Rose's most effective bowler in the 2024 season, claiming 19 victims in the club's first season at an average of 20.50. Andi was also the club's top run scorer. In 2025 he was again the top run-scorer and leading wicket-taker. To date he has taken 40 wickets for Mersey Rose.

Andi previously served on the Liverpool and District Cricket Competition's EDI working group.
