Zak made his debut for Mersey Rose in the Pride T20 against Whitefield, taking a wicket in a narrow win.

Zak's highest score to date is 7* v Lord Rockingham's XI. He has also taken three wickets for the club, and in the opening game of the 2025 season took a fine catch at Newsham Park.
