Lancs interview for Pride Month

Mersey Rose Recreationals' Andi Page and Out4Cricket's Lachlan Smith chat with Lancashire's Helen Davies (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion lead) about how their respective inclusive clubs and organisations have developed. Andi gave a brief history of Mersey Rose Recreationals and talked about the need to change the culture around cricket clubs to create inclusive and welcoming environments in which LGBTQ+ people can be their authentic selves.
